SameDAY Shipping!
Once you have placed your order, we work to deliver your goods as quickly as possible to our logistics partner DHL (within Germany). As a rule, all orders placed before 4pm are shipped on the same day. Most of the time your package will arrive the next day. Please help us at this moment and check your package for damages that can be traced back to the shipping service provider, so we can forward your complaint directly to DHL.

D-A-CH Shipping
We pack and ship your order to Switzerland or Austria of course on the same day, if you order before 2 pm on weekdays, but DHL needs a little longer for the transport, you can expect about 2-4 business days. Prerequisite for the processing on the same day are also here the following payment methods.

EU & International Shipping
We are also happy about orders that we are allowed to deliver to an EU or third country, and also process these orders if they were placed before 2 pm on working days on the same day, but the shipping can vary greatly depending on the country, region and responsible shipping service provider. So you should expect a delivery within the next 7-14 business days. Again, the prerequisite for processing is the use of one of the following payment methods.

Tracking & Co.

After we have posted your package you will receive an automatic email from us with detailed information about your shipment as well as a link to the DHL package tracking you can optionally also receive notification of your shipment by SMS this function can be activated in the checkout.

Merchandise Stuff

In order to offer you the widest possible range of sportswear and other non-food items, we have built a network of qualified shipping partners within the European Union. These partners usually manufacture and ship your merchandise within 2 business days. However, depending on location, delivery address and order volume, delivery time for non-food items can be up to 14 days. Sportswear and other non-food items are therefore shipped separately, which can lead to a partial delivery and separate shipping costs for your order. *Excluded from this rule are our premium shakers.

Retouren & Reklamationen

If you are unexpectedly not satisfied with your order, please do not send it back to us freight collect without consultation. Our support team is there for you Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and will certainly find a satisfactory solution for you. The best way to contact us is via our Contact form, by Mail or simply by telephone. It is very important that you give us your order number, without this we cannot assign your shipment.

*Purchase on account via Klarna:

In cooperation with our partner Klarna AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you purchase on account as a payment option. When buying on account with Klarna, you always get the goods first and always have a payment period of 14 days. Payment is made directly to Klarna AB (publ) (www.klarna.de). You will receive all payment details directly from Klarna via email. Note that purchase on account is only available for consumers in Germany.
