Questions about the payment options
We offer you various payment methods: Sofortüberweisung, credit card, PayPal (credit card, direct debit, bank transfer), payment in advance, cash payment, invoice via Klarna.If you select the "Sofortüberweisung" option, you have the option of online banking to use. So you can pay quickly and easily. Payment by credit card or PayPal also enables us to book your payment quickly and securely. This way we can send you your favorite products as soon as possible. Of course you can also pay in advance. In this case, all you have to do is request a transfer from your bank. Depending on the bank, it can take up to 3 days for the transfer to reach us. Please note that we can only ship the products after we have received the payment! After proper receipt of payment, you will of course immediately receive a confirmation email with the invoice, which has already been paid. The cash payment option allows you to pay your invoice amount in cash upon agreement when picking up the goods, so that you do not have to make an online payment. Please note: In exceptional cases, the PayPal software may not work properly and the purchase cannot be completed. You then have the option of sending us the corresponding amount via PayPal to the address invoice@ironbrothers-shop.com. With the invoice via Klarna option, we will send you the goods after receipt of the order. You will then receive an invoice from Klarna, which must be paid within 14 days. If your credit card is still valid and you have filled out everything correctly, but the payment by credit card still does not work, contact your credit card provider - payment may be refused for security or other reasons.

If you have chosen the payment method "purchase on account" (with Klarna), our partner Klarna grants you a payment period of 14 days from receipt of the invoice. Please note that if you choose the payment method "purchase on account" (Klarna), the amount due must be paid directly to our partner Klarna. The invoice will be sent to you directly by Klarna via email shortly after receiving the shipping confirmation. We ship all our packages with the international logistics market leader DHL. We can track every package with a tracking code to make sure where your goods are.
Yes, with DHL it is also possible to have items delivered to Packstations. You will find out exactly how this works here.
Yes! As soon as we have handed over the package to DHL, you will receive an e-mail from us. In this e-mail you will find a DHL tracking code, with which you can track your package on www.dhl.de live. So you always know exactly where your package is.
In your shipping confirmation you will find a DHL tracking code, with which you can see exactly where your shipment is. Nevertheless, something can go wrong with a shipment (e.g. a number error in the address). In this case, we ask you to contact us - preferably at service@ironbrothers-shop.com.
First check if the goods are undamaged. If the goods are damaged, it is of course really annoying and we are very sorry. You should then next take 1-2 photos of the products and send them to us by mail, so that we can in turn contact our warehouse and the post office. We will then take care of finding a solution for you as soon as possible.
In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, you have the option to return your received goods to us up to 30 days after receipt, provided they are intact and still in their original packaging. For this purpose, we ask you to write us a short e-mail. You can then choose whether you want to receive another product or simply have your money back. You will receive your money as soon as the package has arrived and we have checked the goods. The return processing can take about 10 business days.
