When is the best time to drink Plate Loader?
Plate Loader is a pre-workout booster. As the name suggests, it is designed to be taken before a workout. We recommend taking one serving about 30 minutes before a demanding workout.
How do I prepare Plate Loader?
Due to the very high dosage of the individual active ingredients and their synergistic effect, we have decided to give two recommendations in order to avoid overdosing and associated negative experiences.
If you weigh less than 90kg, please dissolve the "Startup Portion" (19g) in 300ml of iced water. If you weigh more than 90kg, please dissolve the "Full Blast" portion (28g) in 500ml of iced water.
