When is the best time to drink Pump beyond all Pain?
This Pre Workout Booster is designed solely for consumption before intense workouts. We therefore recommend that you dissolve one portion (25g = 1 sachet) in 500ml water and drink it 30 minutes before each workout.
How do I prepare Pump beyond all Pain?
Just take a sachet from the can. At the upper right edge you will find a tear edge, open the bag and pour the contents into 500ml of ice-cold water. The Pre Workout Booster should dissolve immediately by gently stirring, you don't need a shaker.
Note: Clumping of the powder within the sachets is possible, but does not affect the effect, solubility or taste.
